- Many airfares are non-refundable once purchased. A large majority of partially used
tickets are non-refundable

Jetabroad's fee, if a ticket is partially or fully
refundable, airlines may charge a cancellation penalty of between 0% and 90% of
the fare value of each ticket*. Each airline has a specific cancellation policy
specific to each airfare.

- Airlines generally levy a charge when a customer's reservation requires a ticket
to be issued at the point of departure. Each airline will have a different policy
– fees range from $50 per reservation to $150 per ticket*
- Not all tickets can be processed as e-tickets. Consequently, customers should ensure
they will be at the address provided during the booking process should the reservation
require paper ticketing. Paper tickets will be dispatched within 1 business day
of reservation by Express Post. Delivery to Australian addresses is generally within
2 business days after dispatch. Delivery to New Zealand and UK addresses is generally
within 5 business days after dispatch. Delivery to other countries varies from 3
–10 business days.

Jetabroad

reason, it is not possible to book online, this fee is waived by
Jetabroad.
